When buying our house we needed a real property report and found Arc. They were fast. Very fast. They were able to come out in 2 days to do the work for us and had the report 2 days after that. All other companies would have been 1-2 weeks. They left a few holes in the ground they didn't fill as they filled the others from the survey equipment but other than that they were fast! They did the work while we weren't home. The communication via email and phone was very professional.
