Drain Services review in

We received an invoice on April 13 that was due in 3 weeks. After one week, Tony called us and aggressively began asking when we would be paying. When asked for an simple explanation of charges he became argumentative and told us we had no common sense. He went on at length about the price of his truck and his other various financial burdens. He kept demanding to know the exact day and and even time of day we would be sending the money.
He then threatened to charge us even more, and then immediately changed the invoice with the due date now marked as past due. I became so frightened I actually began recording the phone call.
The work itself was satisfactory, but I STRONGLY recommend against working with this individual.
