I contacted two companies to request removal of raccoons under my front verandah. A-! Checkmate's estimate was $300 less than the quote from another company.
The person who did the work was very professional, explained every detail, and arrived promptly to complete the work. He did a terrific job, cleaned up any mess, and promised to guarantee the work. We are very pleased with his work and appreciate the explanation. He even reduced his quote by $100 upon completion!!
I would definitely recommend this company.

Wow ...thank you for this amazing reviews....we do each and every job the way we would like to have done for ours selfe, each customers are informed on how we will do exclusion and yes we guaranteed all ours work. We never leave a work site messy/dirty .We are more than happy to rectified our price on the work as its tooked less time than its was supposed to take , so we revised our price ,it's doesn't happen often but when it does happen we are happy to rectified ours price... We in force the GOLDEN RULES!
