Somehow we got a huge bat flying around our home in the middle of the night . I got the bat secured in a bathroom . I phoned Checkmate wildlife and spoke with Louis. His next available appointment was the next day. when I told Louis Im frighten and my 3 year old granddaughter would be home soon he dropped everything and came right away. I was so happy to see him.
He was very polite after he got the bat he walked through the house to see where it could have come in from. The he went outside to check for any openings. He found a few spaces . One of I knew,but didn't know how to close up. He came the next morning and closed everything up. He was very kind. He also told me if I have any more problems that he would come back right away any any time. I am very happy and pleased with his service. I thought his service was just to come and get the bat out of my home, so i was really happy about everything. I would definitely recommend Checkmate wildlife to everyone. Louis was amazing, kind, polite and very efficient !

Usually we ask customer to confined the bat (s) in a room with towels at bottom of door till we can arrive the next days ,but this was a different ,as your grand-daughter live in your house ,bats are a risk for health and mostly for young children if they get in contact with the saliva or get bitten from the bats .the bat was remove and brought to shade of hope a wildlife refuges as the weather was not warm enough for releasing this little boy!( small brown bat)
