Expert, quick, and neat install of mini split heat pump.
Work crew arrived on time, were extremely professional and efficient, and finished the job in about 3 hours. We were particularly impressed by the fact that the work crew made sure to review positioning of the unit and all cables/hosing before starting work, taking the time to answer questions and even holding up the unit in the intended place to get a visual feel, then checking with us in mid install to ensure everything was still acceptable to us, and reviewing all placement and functionality before leaving. During the install, they pressure leak checked the unit to ensure there were no leaks. The final install looked exceptionally neat, particularly all the cables and hosing runs outside. They even vacuumed inside before they left.
We were also very happy with their pre-sale service. We had a specific model in mind, but they recommended another model, with similar features at a cheaper price, that would be easier to service in the future because of a greater availability of parts.
We would definitely do business with this company again and would highly recommend them.
