Bad customer service!

I had a lot of problems with them since the day of my order of my Valencia Tuscany seats. I had to wait 3 month after i fully paid the seats. I had to write a review here to finally get my seats... they paid me 200$ to remove it. I agreed as i wanted to give them a chance.

I also reached Valencia about a leather problem on one of my seats after just 2 and half months of use. The leather became all wrinked on a specific leather piece. Just like it was used for several years. (I weight 170lbs, i have no kids and pets. I am the only person who sat in it). I contacted Valencia with pictures. I spoke to Steven and he was very helpful and agreed to sent me a replacement.

The replacement sent by Ahmed at eastporters was awful. It was clearly a leftover in their warehouse that did not match the quality of the seat i already have. I had no choice to return it. To me it was just garbage. I'm 100% sure that this seat cannot be sold to anyone! The stiching of the seat and the padding around the cupholder was badly done. Also, this was not a direct replacement it was a seat for a row modified to fit the console edition.

Just before i returned the seat i also noticed that my 2 wine holder accessories does not fit in 2 of the 4 holes availables. I have sent a video to Ahmed to clearly show him while on the phone. He said i could get a new wine holder that will fit and was aware of that problem. Since then, he did not provided any update on this and he did not answered my last email.

I'm so tired of all the back and forth i had to do with them since the day of my order. This is far too much work on my side for issues i should not have in the first place.

They talk and pretend to be helpful but they do next to nothing to actually fix a problem. They sent me a bad seat so now they have an excuse to ignore me after that!

Final word:

After all this time to resolve theses issues. Absolutly nothing is resolved. They delay everything so the customer will quit. This is an awful customer experience. I wasted so much time on this for no results.
