Brad was incredibly helpful, and thorough. He found several issues with my place before purchasing, which helped us negotiate a better deal. A genuine pleasure to work with and has got so much experience. He was telling me about other units he had inspected in my building, and assured me the whole building was well built and maintained. 10/10 would call again.
