We were very pleased with the serviceman--he was prompt, courteous, and did excellent work.
HOWEVER, we discovered on our next credit card statement that we had been double charged for this May 16, 2022 service call.
Despite contacting Y2K three times in the past six weeks and being promised a refund, none was ever received.
We have turned this dispute over to the credit card issuer.
