Problems with weather, problems with their equipment, problems with quality control at their suppliers, problems with installation, problems with communication and delays to fix the installation problem, and problems standing behind their product.
Our driveway looks nice for the most part, and is usable - but having to explain what looks like a joint or crack right across it to everyone that comes to visit is disheartening. I sent a message to the company stating my issues and asking why the redresses that the installer had committed to was not done. I am still waiting for a formal response.
