An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
From the first time we contacted ShelfGenie, we were very impressed at how punctual the area representative returned our call. The in-home consultation was awesome. Joeeph and Reena went the "extra mile" to explain and discuss the company. The design consultation was excellent, taking into account our wants and needs. The follow-up measurement confirmation by James went very well, with him adding insight as to how the install would take place. The actual install went very well, with James arriving on time and having his "plan" ready to go. After completion, James did a clean-up and once again checked everything to make sure all drawers worked smoothly and that we were pleased with the outcome.
Since the install, we have had no regrets with the design and function, as well as the excellent quality of the product. The cost/quality of the product is worth every dollar and will last a lifetime.
After seeing the finished product, we already have friends looking into ShelfGenie for their renovation
