The salesman bad mouthed all other companies and was very condescending to us in our own home. Also, he would not offer in-depth estimate details to justify the price. It was apparent that either he realized that the estimate was too high and he could not justify it or that he lacked the knowledge of his own product.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Direct Energy's name is recognized but the salesperson made us not want to work with them. Better training for salespeople would help.
