Replaced 10 windows and 1 door. The initial consultation with Serg Walton you could tell he knew his stuff. Very informative and well educated on the product. Did not just push to make the sale. Contract was signed at the end of April 2013 and within a month windows were ready and installed. Installation took two days and I could not be more satisfied.
