Arrived on time with correct part & promptly corrected the problem. Cleaned up & tested machine successfully.

Replace water system hose w solenoid, diagnosed problem, recommended fix and part ,called Miele together for the part, showed up on time called half hour before as promised did excellent job!

Our Neptune Maytag washer recently broke down after 10+ years. It had stopped working in the middle of a wash cycle. We had had some experience with Fix Appliances just a month prior to repair our dryer which was not heating. (Yes, folks...they break down together!) We were very satisfied with their professionalism and their work. Their response was prompt and Oleg, the technician, was polite and informative. Upon arrival, he examined the machine, found the problem, repaired and cleaned his work space afterwards. It turns out that our son had left a small pebble in his pocket and it had made its way into the machine's pump, blocking it and damaging it as well. Oleg changed the pump and tested the machine several times.

Got an appointment right away. Tech arrived within time promised. He was professional and courteous. Did the job efficiently
