We just moved into our new house which is approximately 30 years old. Animals and time had done some damage on the soffits and some spots in the eaves were leaking / not properly draining. We received two quotes and Petar's quote came in lower. In addition, he was very knowledgeable about his product and was able to provide us with some good suggestions - we recommend getting the leafguard especially if you're not one to clean out the gutters regularly. We also liked that it was a small family business. His wife, Ani, even came on site to help out. The job took approximately 4 days to complete due to a delay in the eaves delivery (Note: Iron Ore colour is a special order!) And being short a crew member. Nevertheless, Petar worked hard to ensure that the job was done especially considering the cold temperatures outside!
