We used Rob for new garage doors for both our homes and couldn't be happier. Rob was very pleasant to deal with and respond to my questions very promptly. And Alex the person that installed at our new house was very polite.

My mothers garage door is 20+ years old and needed replacement. I called Rob to go over and meet with my sister and give her a quote. "Nicest guy in the trades" was what my sister said about him. Very patient and did not try to gouge or up sell her because she was a woman. We felt very very comfortable dealing with Rob. He came on a Saturday and installed everything in 4 hours. Very nice install and he cleaned up everything before leaving. I will recommend Rob to friends and family for sure.

He is knowledgeable and took time to listen to my requirements and suggested what kind of insulation I would need. It took him about five weeks from the order to do the installation. Our garage door broke and we needed a garage door. Direct Overhead Doors worked with us to pick the right door. We picked a metal door with a high R value because there is a room right over the garage. The colour was a special order, so there was a wait, but it was worth it. They installed it and took away the old door. I'm extremely happy with the door and their service.

Contacted Rob as we needed new garage doors as ours were 15 years old and kept having to be repaired. Initially I went to Home Depot for a quote, which with openers, installation and tax it was going to be $3,500. Came home and went on Kijiji where I saw Direct overhead Doors ad. They had a special on if I booked before May 1st I could have 2 garage doors, 2 openers both of superior quality and look to what Home depot were quoting for $2375 installed plus tax. Rob returned my call in a timely manner and came out to see the job and gave me the quote that same day. Rob explained that everything would be ripped out and replaced and he would instal weather stripping (something we'd never had in the past). Rob came today to fit the garage doors and openers. He worked non stop even through a Tornado Watch and the end results are amazing. The doors open so quietly and smoothly plus look very attractive.
