Direct Overhead Doors

Due to Covid 19 it took while for the garage door install to happen, due parts etc. Actually it worked in my favour I got upgrade of the garage door and the motor. Rob's work is clean, personable and professional. This is my second time using him and I would use him again. Prices are competitive, he does the work himself so no third party installations.

Rob provided us with a competitve quote and asked for no money down.

Due to COVID, it took longer for the doors to be manufactured but Rob kept us in the loop.

On the day of the installation he was punctual and the doors were installed in a timely manner. The doors look fantastic and I would highly recommend Direct Overhead Doors & Rob, so much so my sister-in-law also had him replace her garage doors!

From the initial meeting to the actual garage door installation, Rob was very reliable, friendly, and transparent. He took the time to understand our preferences and incorperated that with his own expertise to help us find the perfect style door for our home. The pricing was very competitive and the timeline we were given for delivery and installation was very good. Rob was very good at explaining what their process is and had lots of options for door selection. During installation Rob and his dad were very professional and neat, they even discussed with me yearly maintenance and how to get longevity out of our new door. They did a thorough cleanup after. Due to supplier issues during COVID, doors took a bit longer than normal to arrive, but Rob communicated this and answer questions.

Day of install, he arrived on time and the doors + capping done by noon.
