I found Shahid to be professional and responsive. The shades came in a couple of weeks. Do your homework first though - and maybe work him on the price. Quality of product is just okay.

It was a pleasure dealing with Shahid, he was very professional and did a good job of helping me choose the type of blind I should get for my patio door. I did get 2 other quotes but ended up going with Shahid because I did not feel any pressure to purchase from him and he did end up matching the lowest price I had received for a competitor. I would totally recommend him to anyone looking for blinds.

Shahid did a great job with our project. The quote was prompt, the blinds came sooner than expected and they were installed professionally. We are very happy with the results and it has made a huge difference. Our only regret is that we did not do it sooner!

I was in the market for well-priced shutters and blinds, and Budget Blinds was one of the three companies I contacted. From beginning, the process was easy and professional. Shahid (the owner) connected with me, and a design consultant (Leslie) was dispatched. She showed me through the various books, did up a quote and was just heading out when I decided that the cost/ quality was worth going through with the process. After she processed the initial deposit, Shahid came by the next day to do the measurements, and as estimated at three weeks the blinds were delivered and installed within a few hours by Tony. All the people I interacted with were polite, professional and great at their jobs. Shahid has great pride in his work and his team. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I called around to a number of blinds companies to try and get blinds that would fit a wide window I have. I was told repeatedly that I would need to buy two blinds to cover the window. When I called Budget Blinds, they were the only ones who offered a custom fit that would cover the entire width of that window. I was pleased with the consultation and how they were able to accommodate my budget. The installers were quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I am really happy with the end product.

We had replaced our windows in August, and we wanted to add nice blinds to our lovely new windows. We found Lisa and her company, and we couldn't be happier. Lisa was very professional in meeting with us and helping us choose the right blinds. We went with the wood ones. Lisa and the installer came twice to install the blinds, because we decided later on to add two more windows. The final product looks fantastic, we are very happy. Lisa was very responsive to all our demands. We will definitely use her company again, for instance if we decided to move to another house, and we are warmly recommending her to all our friends. Honestly, our house looks completely changed with the blinds - for the better.
