I had an old and leaky deck mount skylight replaced by Jeff. When I first contacted him in March, he was very upfront of how it wasn't the ideal time to install a skylight due to to cold temperatures. He was very honest, open, and informative. I learnt alot from him (way more than Google) in our short 10 minute conversation.
In May when the weather was better, there was only one person I was willing to go with. He came and gave me his suggestions and explained the logic behind everything. He explained the process so I wasn't left clueless.
The install was quick and clean. My whole family loves the new skylight.
If you are looking for a new skylight or a replacement I wouldn't look any further
