I called Moore Skylights when my skylight started leaking. Jeff called me back and educated me on why I should wait until the weather was warmer to change my skylight. He was very patient and extremely polite. He called to set up an appointment and followed up continually until the weather was warm enough for him to do his job. He was very neat and efficient and took many pictures to show me why the old skylight leaked and then again when he was finished the job. I would without hesitation to recommend him.
