We decided to change our 21 years old hvac as we are finishing our basement. As always I did a lot of readings and research and made appointments with 4 to 5 companies. Among the advisors, I find Edward the most accommodating and approachable. Not only the most knowledgeable of them compare to those big companies. He was so patient that i requested him to comeback more than two times to negotiate and ask for recommendations with basement constructions. His long experience as project manager in construction made him and his words very dependable and reliable. Their package are very competitive but not pricey and the american standard they installed are still running smooth so far after a month. Thanks Edward for the wonderful job!
