I got home from work around 9:30pm, to discover I had no hot water. I called heatworks, who installed my hot water tank 3 years ago, and to my surprise, Tyler answered. He told me what the problem was, and then coached me through fixing it. I not only was able to have hot shower that night, I also saved myself at least a $100 call out fee - exceptional customer service! I will definitely be calling Heatworks again, for any Plumbing needs.
