I was looking to get a runner installed up my stairwell quite quickly. Mike returned my call promptly and we set up a meeting for him to assess the work and bring some samples right away, so I could get a quote. He was flexible with my schedule and also gave me some time to make some decisions in terms of carpet selection. This is what made me select Torontonian Flooring over others -- Mike was very professional and just super easy to deal with.
