We had a main sewer line clogged. Stepan went an extra mile to help me asap.

Yesterday my wife and I have noticed toilet leak in master bedroom as well as water dripping from the kitchen faucet. Around 8 AM I called to this company after I randomly found their ad in paper. I was told in about 45-60 min plumber will be in our place and solve the problems. Shortly after 9 AM middle aged plumber Stepan rang our door bell. He was very professional and without extra words fixed our plumbing issues for lower cost. I would highly recommend his service.

We discovered the water comes to our basement through the сrack from outside next to the window.
We called Main Drain and Plumbing as we already knew them as they installed back water valve for us before.
Stepan and Eugene came to our place. They had to make huge digging outside of the house. It was about 2 m down. They had to remove window veil. Then they installed material- I believe it was 3 or 4 layers of protective material including rubber layer and membrane.
Stepan and Eugene protected our basement from outside. They made it waterproof.
It was fast, efficient and very helpful.
Also, It was a reasonable price.
We are very grateful to Main Drain and Plumbing for the works done. A lot of thanks!

We live in the old house and time by time have to call for plumbing service. Stephan did the BEST plumbing service! (comparing withe others plumbers). Very professional!!! He fixed all the drain and plumbing problems in the house and we decided to call only Stephan in the future. Recommend as the Best plumber !!!!
