In addition to doing the main job (removing my laundry faucet and installing valves on the copper pipes) he gave me an expert advice on what can be done to remodel the plumbing in my laundry room, as well as, what is my existing plumbing does not comply with the modern code and which of these non-compliances should be addressed and why, and which ones can be ignored. He called an hour in advice and arrived the time we agreed on. It was not an easy fix, but the Plummer got it fixed. Clean, fast, reliable, not so expensive as other quotes I got. I had a very positive experience with Stepan. During renovation of our 100 years basement he helped us to create a new bath room there. He did excellent job with best price. These guys are great. Estimate was almost a half of what I've been given previously. Did some extra work with min charge. Will recomend to all. Replaced old pipes, installed new valve, new water lines for shower and new drains, new toilet. Done in 3 days left bessment clean. Thanks

Let me first say, great experience from start to finish! Stephan was absolutely awesome! He works professionally, quickly identifies the issue, replaces parts explains throughout the process and after the repair. We had clogged sink and also leaked pipes. He was courteous and took time to make sure the problem was solved. I would recommend him to anyone!
