We picked Legacy in the first instance because they clearly understood our requirement for an upgraded, high quality rainscreen envelope, for a competitive cost. Legacy worked with us to provide appropriate but economical details that led to a great looking end product, including finding ways to update the look of the house within our budget. The on-site crew were always respectful of our property, left the site clean and tidy each day, did good work, and were responsive to any issues that arose along the way. For example, their work with compound mitres for trim around some large bay windows was difficult but very well done.
