I phoned these guys after my son had spilled some juice on an expensive rug in my den. They were so amazing as I freaked out thinking that it had been permanently damaged. They brought the rug back to their store and thoroughly cleaned it. When it was returned to me, I was amazed at how clean it looked. I could not see the stain at all and the colors of the rug were as vibrant and bright as they had been in years.
