Wish I had hired a different company. We hired them to remove a full load but their truck was not empty when they arrived and they only knocked off $10 to "make up" for it. As a result, we had leftover junk that they could not remove. Other companies also clean up after they leave but the Junk Squad employees did not do this for us. They also didn't have answers to my questions regarding the disposal fee that is not very clear on their website (which was an unexpected additional $350 for our load). Hire a different company!

Sometime due to either time or landfill cost we will sometime hold on to our previous clients stuff to ensure that we maximize on our services and cost. In some cases that when a customer under or over estimates the load size this two can impact the truck being full or empty upon arrive to other jobs. Its the nature of the beast of the business. We will also try to insure that trucks are empty upon arrival , but not always do able. As for the landfill we are very clear about the landfill process and you always have to right to accept or deny the service for whatever reason you choose. As for the clean up service part of your review, I agree the crew should have cleaned up after they were done. This I will need to make a a learning experience and make sure this doesn't happen again.
As for hiring another company, we are the best priced and provide the best service. So feel free to pay more with our competitors and pay for and get less service. They will not donate or recycle your items like we will. We pride our selves on saving customers money. Here is how we can do this. Correct . Other companies have a flat rate price structure. Sounds great to have just one price however, not when it costs you 3 times more for the same service.The way that you save is that we can fit 3 of our competitors trucks into 1 of ours.
