My Samsung stove was not working and I called EW Appliance Service to look at it. Denton the service tech came over and fix my stove. He arrived at his promised time. He was very professional, and gave me some tips on how to use some function I didn’t know about, he also took my garbage to the end of my driveway for me because it was garbage day. I recently purchased a stovetop microwave and after just a month it stopped working. Denton came to fix it and provided an awesome customer experience. I've added Ew Appliance service to my cell contacts in case another appliance breaks down in the future.

My basement carpet hadn't been cleaned in years and on top of that I had a leak that caused mildew on the carpet that left a stench. The technicians from EW Carpet & Appliance took the time and energy to thoroughly deep clean my carpet and made it look new again. My carpet wasn't overly saturated and after a few hours was dry and smelt fresh. I can't believe how awesome my carpets look after a few hours for a reasonable price!!

Denton and his partner installed a new range hood with new venting to the outside of my home. They provided this service the day after I called them (and on a Saturday) and for a reasonable price. Initially found their ad on Kijiji after having a lot of difficulty finding someone to do this job. The old range hood had been in a different location, so they were starting from scratch. They arrived close to on-time, were courteous and professional, were respectful of my recently renovated kitchen floors and counter tops, and got the job done. The range hood works very nicely and looks great on the wall. The only draw backs might be that they got the price confused (someone quoted me a certain price on the phone, the installer charged me much less, and then called me later that evening to say he had made an error and needed me to pay the balance), and that the installation took 4 hours instead of the 2 that they quoted me on the phone, so I had to re-schedule another appointment for that afternoon. Overall pleased with this service and would recommend them and/or call them again if needed.
