Clear communication. Extremely fast install once the window was in (despite production delays due to COVID). Able to accommodate nonstandard requests, passed inspection right away. Great clear quote from Nikou; great ongoing communication from and David. Will recommend to other friends. Unbelievably accurate cut out meant no drywall work was required inside.

I am super pleased with absolutely everything from start to finish! Konstantine made ordering the custom door easy with his knowledge and expertise. He measured the doorway perfectly. He was a pleasure to work with! Then several weeks later his installers came by and effortlessly removed the existing door, installed the new one perfectly paying attention to detail and did it all within just a few hours! When they left I was left with this magnificent transformation and no mess to clean up! I highly recommend this company if you want experienced people that take great pride in their work and offer the best customer service!

We needed more light in our basement office and some warm outside air to counter the cold AC (the main level was comfortable but the basement was freezing).

The whole process went really smoothly. Nikou didn't try to upsell us unnecessary solutions and his recommendation made a lot of sense. We agreed on a 46"x30" south facing window.

Installation was equally good. The team was polite and professional and paid attention to detail. They made sure to check with us to ensure that some of the steps they were doing were what we wanted. The room is much brighter now and lights up the next room too.

There was also a small side project covering an unused window that they did that exceeded our expectations.

Not the cheapest quote, but done very well. Plus they have a warranty. We'll be sure to contact them for our future window needs.

Sales service was good. Installation team arrived on time. During installation we asked about finishing and they said it was too late, converse to what sales had said. We were told we could decide that day - and discuss with installers. Windows left unfinished. Direct paid for additional expense for the contractor to finish after the fact.
Additionally, we found a broken / cut head from our sprinkler system. Required to be fixed by our sprinkler system company. Direct reimbursed.

Working with Nikou was a great experience. I was happy to have the piece of mind going with a professional and him and his team really went a long way.

Kostatine's team did a great makeover on my windows. All 7 windows neatly changed in a day and doors nicely caulked. The team were very professional and left the how clean and finishing their job. Definitely will recommend them.

Hired Kosta and his team about 5 years ago to replace bedroom and basement egress windows in our home. They were efficient, professional, and very tidy! Rates were reasonable, and Kosta made sure we were happy with every detail. We hired them again this year to replace all windows in our new house, and their work is still impeccable. The first thing the guys did when they arrived was put down carpets to make sure every floor stayed clean. Looking forward to working with them again!
