We also tried several companies before Direct came in - their price and quality ratio wasn't as good as we got it with Direct Windows, so we went with them and are happy with the door, life time warranty and the attitude of the workers. I found Serge on KIJIJI! What great luck! I had spent months debating whether to replace or repair my 35 year old windows. Serge came right away to look at my windows and was very honest. He thought my windows were very high quality and that replacing them could wait, no sales pressure for new windows. He found this very hard to find part and did the work when he said he would. My review is about Direct Windows and Doors people that installed 20 windows , 4 patio doors and a front entry door in our home in Maple.
Before I gave the job to Direct Windows and Doors we did a research on products we needed, took couple of quotes and finally we liked a presentation made by Serge, the sales representative of Direct Windows and Doors. We liked the way Serge presented his product, learned about the company's 12 year old history. Later on we have visited the windows and doors manufacturer's facility. We also were amazed by the way windows are made, the most up-to-date machines used to fabricate our windows.
We were looking forward to have our windows installed and on the set date the installers team led by Edward came to our place and started their work. They were fast, but very cautious in what there were doing. They covered the work place with drop sheets, carefully removed old windows and put new ones in. In only 2 days the job was done. Front entry door with 2 side lites was custom made and was installed later .
We liked the attitude of Direct Windows and Doors team. The job was done highly professionally. All people we dealt with were polite and patient to all our needs. The pricing was competitive and up to our budget. We are very happy with what we've got and would recommend Direct Windows and Doors to anyone who wants to renovate their home.

We had Serge from Direct Windows and Doors come to our place to give us an estimate. Although our
house is fairly new - 8 years old, the vinyl windows from the builder didn't close properly, some of them
didn't even open, because the hardware broke down or stuck.

higher but because they had a promotion - fitted in our budget right on time! Windows were ordered in November and installed in January. We never thought it would be possible to
do our windows in winter, however the installers crew was efficient and quick like it was in summer
time. They took out old windows one at a time and replaced it with a new one - this way our house
wasn't exposed to a heat loss. The performance of new windows was great! We never expected our
new windows' insulation will work so good!

delay. The installers crew was professional and polite. No garbage or debris were left behind. We are
planning to call Direct for our front door project in Spring.
