My wife and had been saving for nearly 10 years to by our first home so like any first time buyers we had a lot of questions about the many different parts of the process from the construction itself with regards to upgrades, landscaping, fencing, other specs set out by the developer, and the process of getting a mortgage itself. Pacesetter staff was incredibly responsive, personable, and helpful through the entire process and I highly recommend them as a builder.

It's been 7 months and 11 days that the master bedroom's bathroom cannot be used because the bath tub needed to be replaced due to a soft spot. Since the tub was discontinued, they had to order a different model. They forgot to place the order and so the tub was not replaced before 2+ months. Then the height of the tub was slightly different and they had to redo the tiles. They did it right before Xmas, not even properly since grout is missing in some areas. They still need to fix this and then put the silicone and the shower head back, but since the holidays, nobody from the warranty department is returning my emails and no appointment was given to me.

Furthermore, since they rebuilt my driveway, my garage door does not close anymore. This was reported to them, but here as well, I haven't heard back from them to let me know when they'll come to fix it. My car is like an hostage in my garage since then...

There is no way to reach them by phone. Only by email and then you get an automated message that says they are busy and will contact you soon. But they are definitely not in a rush.

It seems that once they got your money, it does not matter to them anymore.

Purchased a home with the help of Justin. This is the second home I have had with Pacesetter. The service and proffionalism was outstanding. The home is amazing and would highly recommend Pacesetter homes to anyone we know looking.

We were looking to get a new home and Justin in Fort Sask helped us decide on/find the perfect home design and location for our needs. He was very patient and considerate of our constant idea changes and many requests. He helped us make our dream home a reality and saved us as much money as possible! We are happy with the overall quality of our home. Justin our salesman was always available to answer questions and address our concerns. He seems to honestly care about the customer.
I only had two concerns that could not be addressed. Our back yard has a slope to it that I was not aware of by just looking at the plot plan, I wish that the Justin would have been more qualified to identify this slop to us as we bought a corner lot and paid a premium and now with the slope the yard is not as useable as we would like it to be. Also the location of the down spout across the front sidewalk is very concerning to us. Is posses a safety hazard. The site supervisor has informed us it meets standards and has brought this issue to Pacesetter management on several occasions. We are in the process of getting quotes to remove a portion of the sidewalk and place the spot under the sidewalk to address this safety issue. It would be great if Pacesetter would just change the design so that in the future others don't have to put money out of pocket to address this issue. Overall we were happy with our home.

I just finished purchasing my very first home with Pacesetter, and the experience has been great. Diane was there from start to finish helping me find my perfect home. She was quick to answer any texts, phone calls or emails, was able to answer all questions I had, and even provided some interior design suggestions! Ron was there during my walk through and I also thought he was great - very personable and does a thorough job. Overall, it has been a great experience and Pacesetter is lucky to have someone like Diane dealing with their customers! Will refer to friends and family.

Loved purchasing through pacesetter! They made things very easy and helped us along the way and everything was done exceptionally. They went above and beyond to walk us through things and make sure we were happy with everything. Would definitely recommend to others!

We weren’t looking for a townhouse, for o okie daughter but when we saw this one we knew it was it. The neighborhood is new and quiet. The neighbors are great. The location is wxactly where we wanted it.

He is knowledgeable to solve my questions and reply me in a timely manner! I remembered one day I texted him for a sudden pop up request from my mind at 1:30am night time, he replied me" okay!" Which shocked me and impressed me very much! I am very appreciative for his helpful and positive attitude! Lately, I remembered two friends to Kelly to buy their investment property which is in Glenriding Ravine. We all have great confidence with Kelly and Pacesetter Homes!

When the times are bad seems Pacesetter steps up their game, but when the times are good and they pass off workmanship to people not even qualified and don’t care about yours problems and do a horrible job fixing them!!! We also bought in 2015 and have had issues that we ended up still paying for out of pocket that were done substandard in our 2400+ square foot home. I would not recommend this builder- reputation should be standard in good times and bad times.
