Nice Work, worst Customer Service Ever!!!

This company did our entire pool deck, all stone work and all landscaping on our property - this was a fairly large job. The work looks good but the problem is the follow up and the worst customer service from any company I have ever dealt with.

I am not going to get into the specifics of everything, but I will give a few examples. They planted some trees and of the 3, 2 of them died. They took 3 months to return a call, brought new trees and 2 died within a week. That was 2 months ago and we haven't gotten a return phone call. They put in a drain beside our pool for run off, which was done last year. It doesn't actually drain, so it is basically a drain that does nothing. They are yet to address it and have made it pretty clear that they don't care.

When you get work done from this company they will start calling you from day one for payment, but when It comes to follow up or any type of customer service, they simply don't care about the customer...they care about themselves and their money. I urge you, do not use this company under any circumstances....you will regret your decision.

Approximate cost of services:
$125,000.00

Company Response

I am terribly sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with our customer service. As a small family run business, it is our main goal to ensure our clients are happy with our work as well as the process. The warranty and operation after completion are just as important to us as they are to you! We care a great deal about our clients and their families, and we are saddened to hear you don't feel like this is the case.
Unfortunately, I don't have any emails or voicemails stating that a clients trees died within a week of replacement. I also don't have it on my repair list. Please be sure you have the correct contact information (I will include below). Our warranty states that all plants have a one year, one-time replacement, however, If I had, had the opportunity to discuss this with you we would have been willing to make an exception since you have stated the trees died within a week.
As mentioned above, we do aim to keep our clients happy, and we want each and everyone to be able to enjoy their yards for years to come.
Please feel free to contact me directly so we can address your concerns: ashley@outdoorlifestyles.ca (or) 905-338-1433 (or) 905-638-4479. I hope to hear from you!
