Called Pamir to come clean our living room rug and stair runner. Hamid was friendly, reliable, and efficient. After our living room rug dried the next day, I wasn't completely happy with the remaining discolouration. When I contacted Hamid, he offered to come back to our home free of charge, and reassess the situation. He did a second cleaning of the rug for us.
I'm extremely happy with Hamid's customer service, and the fact that he came back a second time to do a second clean when I was not 100% satisfied the first time. Would highly recommend this company.
