Orlando and the Signature Construction team renovated our old basement into a functional living space including a much needed office/storage area. Orlando is a skillful contractor and perfectionist whose experience shows in all stages of construction from demolition down to the finished details. Orlando was responsive, flexible, and collaborative throughout the renovation and offered helpful input along the way, without sacrificing quality.
