This was our second time using Ravine View to renovate our kitchen. In our first home they did a quality job down to the last detail, so when we bought our forever home we knew it was only right that we choose Ravine View to create our dream kitchen.

Ravine View were easy to work with and we were thoroughly impressed with their responsiveness. They made our needs a priority and collaborated with my wife and I to design the kitchen weve always wanted. The work they do is truly top-of-the-line. We couldnt be happier with the end result. I settled on Ravineview Construction for my kitchen reno after reading positive reviews posted by tradespeople who had worked on Ravineview jobs. I figured trades would have a lot of experience recognizing a good contractor from a bad one. Happily, Timur proved to be that good contractor. He was thorough, a fine communicator, and unsurprisingly, brought decent trades to the job. I'm happy to recommend Ravineview, and I would use them again. Thanks Tim!

Ravineview Construction did a full renovation of our 3rd floor, 600sqft living space. We worked with Tim from the design phase and enjoy the whole process. His team was very professional, made recommendations and openly discussed all aspects of the project. Our project included full demolition, new layout, new dormers, and 2 new bathrooms. We are enjoying our new space and would recommend Ravineview Construction to anyone!

Our 200 sq ft kitchen and 200 sq ft dining were were renovated into a 400 sq ft combine kitchen/dining area. We had new porcelain tile floors installed in the new 400 sq ft space and continued the new flooring into the adjacent laundry room, powder room, and broom closet. We had beautiful custom made cupboards installed, new high end quartz countertops with a waterfall at one end, and the countertop quartz on a new centre island. Crown mouldings were installed. Pot lights were installed in the kitchen part of the renovation along with pendant lights over the centre island and valence lights under the cupboards (over the countertop). There were 3 wall-mounted ovens installed (a smart oven, a combination microwave/convection oven, and a warming oven). Ava’s cook top was install on the “L” of the main countertop. Adjacent to the stack of wall ovens we had a panel ready fridge installed and flanked by a pantry in either side of the fridge. The panels on the fridge match the cupboard doors. Very happy with this new space.

Tim helped with a single bathroom project and when I needed more work done I didn't hesitate to bring him back. Tim is honest, direct and does not compromise on quality while delivering great value in all areas work. His crew was professional, respectful and always responsive to any concerns I had throughout the project.
