We just moved into a new house and needed 2 new garage door openers installed. In our previous house we had always used a different company but they did not service this location. Instead, they referred me to Upper Canada. When I called, Cathren walked me through my options and asked for pictures of the current setup, so that she could give an accurate quote. They had a technician that was available to come by in two days, so we set up an appointment.
On the day of the install Paul showed up on time and explained the whole installation process to me. He took down the old opener and installed two new openers and touch pad. When he was done with the install, he cleaned up the work area and disposed of the old opener and any other packaging that was left from the new openers. He then helped me to code the touch pad and showed me how the new openers functioned. Very happy with the service from Upper Canada Garage Doors and we will no doubt be using them again when it is time to replace the garage doors.
