Ensuite renovation done in 2015. We had a cracked shower insert that needed to be replaced, but by the time you take down the tile you might as well just redo the whole thing, right?
They were very practical in suggestions for changes and upgrades. We found the quote reasonable and sensible. It was also easy to understand how changes to our tile/granite/fixture choices would effect the final price.
They started on time and did an excellent job of site isolation to minimize dust getting elsewhere in the house, as well as protecting our hardwood floors. Although they took a couple of weeks longer than planned, they were there every day and always updated us with progress and challenges.
There were a couple of errors but they were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. They have been back to address small problems that have surfaced since finishing and came promptly when called.
Overall we are very satisfied and would highly recommend them.
