You must use Pat at Rock Solid
I really can't say this enough, use Pat at Rock Solid for your home inspection! I rarely write reviews but I needed to for this level of service and comfort/peace of mind Pat and Rock solid provided me.
We used Rock Solid after a purchase of a house, no conditions if offer, but I wanted peace of mind. It's our first house I just wanted to know.
Pat came and used equipment to look behind walls for water and temperature differences. The initial home inspection was thorough and really explained things so well, well worth the money.
However it is the after inspection care and service that I'm writing this review. I had questions after the fact what were answered promptly. I ended up finding an issue some water in basement, I was really worried, Pat came over the next day looked at things, wasn't as bad as I thought, he told me options. I felt so much better, it feels good to have someone I trust to ask questions like this. He didn't charge me for the visit!
Like I said if you are thinking about a home inspection go with Pat at Rock Solid, it's not just one day, you're supported as things come up. He can guide you to trust worth service people too, we're new to Brantford so that is super useful too.
