Pristine Plumbing & Drainage

We noticed that part our lawn was green last year even without watering. This year we noticed a wet patch starting to form even though the weather was dry. We called Pristine Plumbing & Draining in to investigate the problem. Daniel was very prompt in answering our call and came by the next day to do an estimate. It turns out there was a leak with our water main and we would need it repaired. Daniel answered all our questions patiently. We worked out a repair date with him and were pleasantly surprised when he called a few days before the repair date to say that he was available earlier than planned. Daniel, Andrew, and Michael went to work on Monday and were able to replace the line by the end of the day. They even replaced our water shutoff valve with an easier-to-use one. They were friendly and available to answer any questions we had while they were working. It's good that Andrew and Michael had a landscaping background so they took good care of the trees and bushes near the trench they had to dig. The water only had to get shut off for an hour or two. By the next morning, the fix had already passed city inspection and Andrew back-filled the trench and the project was complete a few hours later. We're happy that Pristine did the job "by the book" and obtained the proper permits. We would use them for our future plumbing needs.

Quick response to fix of slow draining bathroom sinks. Arrived at time promised. Assessed, fixed for very reasonable price.

Daniel came to us on a Saturday evening to fix the garburetor and a plugged sink. He had advertised that he worked on weekends and he proved he did by arriving early on Saturday evening (7:00 p.m.). This very young business man impressed us with his enthusiasm and dependability, doing a lengthy job. He returned on Sunday to do some necessary followup. Michael, an apprentice, did a second job and impressed me with his early completion. He talked about his job and his employer with such satisfaction it was great to hear. Daniel made a 3rd visit to install a new hot water tank which he did alone. After the installation, the heater kept shutting off. Daniel called the tank suppliers to come to our home. Long story short, the hot water tank finally behaved as it should. At no time were we left with a problem that had no resolution. Again we needed a plumber's help and we called Pristine Plumbing and Drainage of New Westminster again. Andrew came this time. He worked quickly and well to replace a drain in our toilet. He explained what he had done. He told us more about this prize company where they work well together and are friends after work. He left with a smile and told us how satisfying his job is. Today Daniel, business owner, phoned to see if the work done by Andrew was satisfactory. We are completely satisfied. We will call them again and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Representative arrived promptly on time and efficiently replaced the stopper and did a review of other future plumbing jobs. I would definitely recommend Pristine Plumbing to my friends for all their plumbing needs.

I read the excellent reviews and ratings everyone gave this company and then I had them replace a faucet and fix four leaking shut off valves. All the reviews were right. On time, professional, courteous, good communication and good work.

Great work from Andrew!. Bathroom ensuite had a leaky pipe under the sink and luckily Pristine was able to accommodate us during the week. After returning from our holidays, the sink got progressively worse. Andrew was in and out in a jiffy and managed to fix the sink, no problem. He had all the materials with him so the job in itself didn't take long to complete. Efficient and thorough. Thanks again. I would recommend them to our neighbours and friends.

I just want to say that andrew was great - he was super friendly and was clear about what he was doing. He was open to telling me what was going on about how the seal clogs the drain and answered my questions about how to best resolve it. He also did not mind going back to get a valve to make sure it was done properly even though it would have been fine without it. Great service!

I had a toilet tank that kept flushing on its own. Over time, the refill rate slowed down to a trickle. The tap on the basin was dripping.
The first technician came, replaced a toilet part and said he would hunt down a tap part. I said I would go online as well. I found out that my taps have a lifetime warranty. They simply sent me a replacement at no charge. The toilet started self flushing again. The issue was not fixed and I was charged for the call and a part.
I became angry and talked to Daniel, the owner. Daniel was immediately responsive and came personally. He fixed the toilet tank by replacing another part. The toilet flushed normally again. He also installed the tap part. He did all this as a goodwill gesture. He did not charge me anything for his call.

It was evening when the hot water copper pipe from the water heater sprung a leak. Contacted Daniel and he sent Michael to us the next day. We were also notified that the connection to the gas water tank was not up to code. Which surprised me because it was newly install a couple of years ago,( by a different plumber).
Glad to have everything fixed properly and now up to code.
