Came same day at time that was promised. Very efficient, professional, thorough and friendly. Explained what was to be done and was very quick about it. Ensured the area was cleaned when finished.

While there, I asked Andrew to look at another issue and he spent about 20 minutes trying to fix. In the end, couldn't fix and didn't even charge me for the time. Daniel even called me back to discuss what the next steps are in case the issue worsened. I appreciated their honesty in providing to ensure I had solutions instead of ensuring they had a future service call. Don't find that very often these days.

Will definitely use again. Highly recommend. Pristine will be the first ones I call for any future problems.

Daniel and Andrew of Pristine Plumbing were so kind, efficient, and reliable when they recently replaced my broken water-main. I was heading out the front door when I noticed water leaking up between the concrete slabs of my walk-way. Daniel had replaced my hot-water tank a year ago, and I was happy with his work. So, I called Pristine Plumbing to see if they could help me out. Daniel called me back right away and came to assess the situation. After consulting with me and providing a reasonable quote, he quickly coordinated his team, even though it was a long-weekend. Andrew arrived exactly on time the very next day and started digging right away. They both worked extremely hard all day long, conquering a problem with my extra-thick foundation. Everything was fixed within a day; I was so relieved that the situation was rectified so quickly. In the near future, I will need to have my drain-pipes cleared. Of course, I will be calling Pristine Plumbing to do this work. I cannot recommend them enough. Pristine Plumbing will be my "go to" plumber from now on! Thank-you, Daniel and Andrew!

Michael arrived exactly on time - so friendly and professional. He listened to our concerns and described in detail what needed to be done. He gave us options and provided ways to save money. He was fast and efficient completing the work but thoroughly tested all the new connections for possible leaks before he left. We feel very confident with Pristine Plumbing and will definitely call them again. I actually recommended them to two friends within a day of our experience.

Daniel from Pristine Plumbing is awesome! He promptly returned my phone call and came out to give an estimate on the work we needed. He replaced our main water shut off valve and the pressure reducing valve. It was a bit expensive but worth it to have the problem dealt with quickly.

Daniel was a a lifesaver! He responded to my email immediately and was really accommodating regarding a time to come to fix our faucet. It was a ridiculously tight spot to get under to replace a very old faucet. He managed it with patience and persistence. After fixing the initial problem I called for he proceeded to fix two other issues-new drain pipe, and basket in the sink and our outside faucet. We have found our plumber for life!! We will be having him back to check our perimeter drainage. We have dealt with a few franchises in the past who have been dishonest and made us leery of professionals. I say keep it local and hire this company they are honest, upfront and thorough. THANK YOU!!!

Camera inspection & Drian unclogging

Daniel from Pristine plumbing came out on emergency basis & cleared out of the Root blockage to the Main Sewer line with a camera inspection.

The job also required removal of Toilet then snaking out of main sewer line.

The service was trustworthy and the price is very reasonable .
The invoice also including the details what they have done on the job.

I got in trouble on leaking somewhere, and Daniel came to my house and keep looking and figure it out! I like his way to solve this, and he also take a look an another toilet and take a quick fix on it to prevent the further problem!

Can’t say enough about how much Daniel came out on emergency basis to accommodate installation of bathroom counter and his recommendation re faucet installation etc (Which he brought and I paid for it) Extremely happy. Thanks again Daniel!
