We were very pleased with the work Pristine Plumbing & Drainage completed at our home. Their price was competitive with the two other companies we contacted but Pristine seemed more knowledgeable and concerned about our home. They kept us well informed throughout the project and took excellent care of our property. We would strongly recommend Pristine Plumbing & Drainage!

Daniel and his team of Michael and Andrew were very professional and meticulous in their work. Daniel explained what my best options were and provided me with a quote the same day. All permits and call to BC 1 were done prior to work being done and the job was completed in three days with a fourth day required for the city inspection which passed. The team did their very best to preserve my lawn and did a very good job back filling and replacing the grass sections. Work area was left spotless and you could not tell that a trench had been dug. Given the quality of workmanship and warranty provided, I would not hesitate to recommend Daniel and Pristine Plumbing.

First I want to thank Pristine for being one of the trades who responded very quickly and timely every time we contacted them. This was not the case for the majority of the trades we reached out to during our reno!
We were very impressed with Daniel. We needed our dishwasher and kitchen sink functioning again after counter installation. Daniel reinstalled a toilet and put in our new bathroom sink, which was a difficult task. We'd purchased an undermount sink which was already attached to a quartz countertop. We also bought an additional vessel sink, which we wanted to replace the undermount sink. Daniel had to figure out a way to remove the attached undermount sink without damaging either the sink or the countertop, as well as how to mount the vessel sink in its place. This also meant reconfiguring the plumbing to match. He did a fabulous job!! We would highly recommend Pristine Plumbing and won't hesitate to use them again for future jobs.

Pristine plumbing took on a difficult job, with a few different problem areas and a lot of digging, and got it done right! Definitely a relief to have this difficult drainage issue delt with.

I hired Pristine to do tackle several jobs at once. Daniel and Michael replaced my hot water heater, PRV, main shut-off valve and toilet fill valve.
