On a recommendation from a group in facebook, I contacted Ben of Plumbing Solutions. He was quick to respond for the quote and even quicker to send his team to fix the problem. He understood our urgency for needing both outdoor hose bibs fixed. The 2 gentlemen he sent were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Lucas explained everything that was going to happen prior to starting as well as he explained throughout the process. He was patient with my limited knowledgeable and made it easy to ask questions. The following day when we noticed another problem, Cheryl was quick to dispatch Ben who diagnosed the problem and then sent Lucas with the part needed to fix the problem. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues. They went above and beyond to provide a wonderful customer experience. We'll be calling them again and so should you.
