Clera

We spent 8.000$ with Cleara and had 2 doors and 3 windows replaced. This year we had Jonathan back out in early July for quote #5434 which was somewhat similar to last year. After 45 mins on a Saturday I was advised something would be sent over that night or first of the week. A week went by, apparently sent to wrong email address and I had to follow up. Beyond that a door that was 2000$ last year suddenly is 4400$ but being a loyal customer I can get it for 3300$? Sounds like 50% increase to me. When I inquired as to the drastic increase was told that the other salesman sold it too cheap to us and it is below our cost! I thought you guys built everything?! Anyways was told he would reach out to Vice President and get back to us. It’s been several weeks and I’m not chasing the sales rep again. Great way to lose a previous customer Clera! I guess tons of doors and window companies out there, just disappointed at what a waste of time and how the sales rep doesn’t get back.

The company was very accommodating of my price point. Window products are exceptional; easy to clean and use. No hassles with installation; job went very smoothly and quickly. I am a return customer and highly recommend Clera as they are highly skilled and qualified at what the do.

Guillermo was extremely helpful in choosing the right window and sending very well qualified workers. Andrei and his helper were very good, and helpful. They explained everything about the window and what they did. They cleaned up after themselves, and Guillermo found a nice colour to match my shutters and garage. Thanks Clera!

Extremely happy with our new windows and front door! Guillermo Osorio was fantastic in helping us with any questions we had and also help with the big decision..."which door to choose" ☺...so many choices!! The installation was completed in a timely manner with a quick clean up done inside and out.

Clera has done a very good job with my windows. My branch manager's name was Guillermo Osorio. Mr. Scott was in charge of the construction. They were very careful during the construction and they were very sure to clean up well afterwards. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

on going problems with windows since 2009, water leaks, screens falling off, front doors not installed properly since 2015, numerous attempts to have items addressed/serviced are ignored, although the company has been to the house a few times outcomes are negative. Can't begin to count the number of times I have called the company for help. they pass me on to a service manager who (and they change often) never makes an attempt to correct the problems. now as time has past I have been told that because the problems have existed for a while that they expect to be paid to fix their poor workmanship. exasperating to ignore their service guarantee and then want to charge one for their gross installations.

First install done not to code. Cut-out was made for a larger window than the previous one but a proper header to hold the weight of the roof was not installed. When installer returned he wanted my to pay him again for the proper reinstall.

Wrong dimensions installed, not symetrical.

Cheap fiber board used as window sill. Water from window condensation totally destroyed it.

Take much longer than the 6 - 8 weeks that they say to fulfill the order.
Sales agent will not return your call after they get paid.

Do not buy from Clera. They will not correct their mistakes. They will sell
you crappy windows for a high price.

50 year old windows and doors were more efficient and gave us less issues.Please view the added video of our main front door and the freezing ice build up issues and our inability to open.Wont let me post the pics and video but if you wish to see the built up frost on all doors email me at gfederer57@hotmail.com

Excellent sales rep (Guillermo Osorio) and installer (Sasha). Both new their product and were very pleasant. Used Clera before now with new life time warranty it means they are confident about their product.
