I was extremely happy with the project. Good workmanship and good product. Alex used to quality composite and walked us through the entire process. He took his time and made sure that the structure was safe and reliable. No cutting corners. Very professional.

Deck and substructure needed replacement. Pulsar poured new concrete foundations, built new framework and installed new composite deck surface. Work was done on time, in a completely professional manner. All work was of a very high standard. We are delighted with our new deck and would recommend Alex to anyone looking for a contractor.

The job wasn't easy as our deck was leaking and we needed the job done in the fall so the days were shorter and colder. My first impression of Alex was very positive. When he came to my house to evaluate the project he gave me a brief but detailed synopsis of what the work will entail. He was very knowledgeable and confident.
The next day Alex provided me with a detailed quote and set the date for the project.
Alex and his crew started on the specified date. His work ethic and attention to details is amazing. The workmanship is unparalleled I would highly recommend him. Thank you Alex the deck looks amazing.

Our old deck was badly in need of repair.
We contacted PULSAR Construction for a quote. Alex came to our home promptly and spent considerable time assessing our current deck, giving us some wise suggestions on replacing the entire deck with proper foundations rather than a short term patchwork fix of replacing only the deck boards.

Alex gave us a comprehensive quote which we were satisfied with. We were fortunate that Alex was able to commence the job fairly soon and that the weather was good except for the last day when it rained.

Alex and his crew worked on our job every day until it was completed. They left the jobsite very neat and tidy at the end of every day.

Then finished deck is a testament to Alex's attention to detail, his extensive experience in construction, his knowledge of building code and the deck is built "better than code" .

Alex and his helper were professional from day one. Emailed for a quote and he showed up a day later. Gave us a few quotes and options and plenty of recommendations that helped us with our decision. Once demo and construction started he was always prompt and left the work site clean and tidy. His workmanship is top notch and his attention to detail is second to none. My husband and I shopped around, we did what most people do. We got three quotes some quotes were lower. But we were not concerned about the price it was the quality of work was our number one concern. We chose Alex owner of Pulsar Construction right from our first meeting with him, he knew what he was talking about. Thank Alex for the beautiful work you have done. You were patient with us, as we had a lot of questions. Very kind and generous, one of the days he was building the deck my kids and I notice our hot water tank was dripping water Alex came and saved my day. What remarkable work you do. Our house was built in the 1980's and when we purchased it almost 20 years ago, everything felt fine so there were no plans for upgrades. Time really flew for us and suddenly we realized that we had not been using the deck for years due to it being "original" and absolutely unsafe.
