I'm here to appreciate a great word from Marek. His customer service and care comes second to none showed up early and intime saved me from an embarrassing open garage.

Promised a new door, but a damaged second hand door with extra drill holes in panel and massive scratches on front of two panels were installed and when the windows were installed the frames didn't match the panels, nor did the weather stripping. When they finally agreed to fix the problem all they did was paint over everything with a color that didn't match the door. After much arguments they agreed to switch out the door with a new door and assured me everything would match. It does not... the panels still do not match the window frames or weather stripping (different colors). And now the weather stripping on the bottom of the door is coming of, less than 4 months later. Never received a receipt or a warranty as was promised and am not getting any response from the company to fix the shoddy work. Would give a negative rating for this company if I could.

Service same day - but $367 to tighten a bolt on door opener.
Tried to reconnect back garage pad - advised could not, to go buy our own(their mark up to high). Came to back garage, instead of front door and just called to begin service. Here no more than 30 mins and charged $367.50. And we are still left to get keypad and also was left to reprogram car and garage door with fab!! Was skeptical, as tech was just driving a mini van and nothing indicating who he work for and no name tag or business apparel.
They get you in when advising $29 for service call and then quote provided for work and waive $29 service fee. My husband was quote $350 indicating keypad and garage door closing would be fixed, but he was not able to complete all!! Where is your justification on pricing!!

The spring broke and the door couldn't open. They came quickly and solved the problem efficiently.

he said the motor is too old , but after few check ups , he said he can change the gera for now , and i dont need to change the whole unit at the moment

After calling other garage door companies to replace the opener and control, this was the only company to return my call.

The "technician" showed up in a minivan which meant that the old garage door opener and track would not be disposed of until the "technician's" boss came to retrieve it, over 1.5 weeks after installation of the new machine.

His workmanship was horrendous with wires haphazardly wrapped around screws fastened to the ceiling because...he had no staples. He refused to fix the mess of a wire placement he made so instead of making a fuss, I decided to call the company the very next day. Low and behold, the "technician" returned a few days later to rearrange his pre-schooler job of wire placement but it wasn't much different from his original attempt.

A few months later, the bolt holding the door to the track came off which thankfully happened after I closed the garage door. Had the bolt come undone while the door was ascending or descending, the door would've fallen on my vehicle or, on a human.

Predatory pricing ($800 for ONE low-end opener) and embarrassingly poor quality of work. 100% do not recommend.

The company was able to provide an appointment the next day. Technician arrived one hour late. The opener needed replacement however I had to ask several times for a quote. Once the quote was received, with the details, the tech 3.5 hours to install. At the end, he said he would need another tech to come because the door wasnt opening correctly. I tried myself and the bar was repeatedly hitting the door upon closing, the door literally slammed shut. And upon opening, the door did not open smoothly at all. The tech indicated it was the slamming that was incorrect; I said there were many issues with the install.

New tech came same day; he advised me the first guy installed backwards (several parts). So I question the skill level of techs being sent out. However the next tech fixed everything and all worked as it should.

Paid the invoice at this point. Upon trying to connect to MyQ for wifi opening, I discovered this was not the u it installed; although it was clearly laid out in the quote and on the invoice. I texted the tech who had come to fix the install and he confirmed the wifi opener was not installed and someone from the office would call me in the morning. Friday morning I had to call the office around 1130hrs; explained what happened and they said only the tech who fixed it could address and could come on Tuesday, to which I said. I, not available. They said Monday but couldnt confirm a time.

Monday comes and I receive a call around 1115hrs and the tech says he has a flat and will hopefully be able to come today. I explained I would be willing to accept a rebate for the incorrect opener being installed and for my i convenience however he said there wouldnt be enough of a profit margin to give a rebate and would be coming. He did come by 1330hrs
and the correct opener was installed.

So all in all, the worst service however not the best due to the original tech obviously not knowing what he was doing and another having to come to fix (same day so thats good) and for the incorrect opener being installed however it was rectified 4 days later.

All I needed was the 2x10 mounting plate replaced and the so called experienced tech could not handle the job. He did get the new piece of 2x10 up and installed, but then when he mounted the spring bars they were not level. And also the motor rail was not centered. I called to have a different tech come and fix the problem and that tech did fix the motor rail but left the spring bars not level. Will never call, use or recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed with the quality of work!

First appointment, tech didnt show because of car trouble, second rescheduled anppointment, apparently tech didnt get notice that it was scheduled.

We had one cable that had broke, he replace both (which made sense), springs were fine. Was charged 360.00 for the half hour of work.

Wont be using them again. PS. Ad says free estimates thanis NOT true, estimates are 30.00 which they will forgo if you get work done. NOT FREE ESTIMATES guys!

Shakedown artists. Stay away. Told me my fix would take 2 hours to justify their quote. I reluctantly agreed since I needed my door fixed to secure my garage. 20 minutes later he was done. He laughed at me when I expressed my displeasure at being told a 20 minute job would be 2 hours. He told me that is the way things are when it is cold out.
