Poor quality vanity

Ordered a new bathroom vanity and tub from here thinking itd be good quality. Damn was I wrong. The vanity material is garbage. Every little thing stains it and Ive tried everything to remove the stains. I contacted customer service and their response was Thats a shame. Have you tried our cleaning product? What kind of response is this? Completely unsatisfied and will never recommend here to anyone.

Toilet, Vanity

First of all, it took so long to received the products and stall my renovation. Then when it arrived, I received toilet that was returned by some other customer with water inside the toilet. Customer Servvice claimed it was condensation, no other places has water except inside like someone have flush it, one was with water and the other is scratch. It is so grose. Vanity wood is lousy. This is my first time buying it from them worse experience I had. Not only it is not hygene but unreliable delivery.

Unreliable delivery

After the delivery company cancelled due to unavailable drivers, I had to wait three more days and was promised an early delivery - did not happen, I'm still waiting for the delivery. (while I have $1000.00 per day contractors waiting to install it.) Customer service doesn't answer their phones and the Oakville store washed its hands by telling me to call head office. (no answer there either) I don't recommend taking delivery for anything you buy there. I will update the review if my stuff ever arrives.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Worst customer service. Terrible product. Had a horrible time receiving my order- it was massively delayed and they kept giving us the run-around. Finally after months of back and forth we received a cracked tub.

We also ordered a toilet early in the midst of this (in case there were delays on that too) and regret doing that as well. Totally either sent us the wrong toilet, or it was constructed wrong and doesn't match the rough-in size stated on the product listing. Advertised as a 12IN and measuring at a 10. Customer service gave my contractor a hard time, tried to shift the blame and said we were measuring incorrectly, and then refused to do anything about it.

Horrible horrible horrible. Don't waste your time or money.

Don’t Buy For Here

When I purchased from bath depot I thought the quality would be good since its specialized and a bit more expensive. I was wrong! I purchased my toilet, vanity and shower column from there and every single item had an issue. My toilet was difficult to install, didnt install like a regular toilet and they dont tell you that. The toilet seat sits on two big pegs and shifts around when you sit on it. The vanity had a chip out of it and someone tried to glue it back. It wasnt a return because the box was sealed. The shower column is faulty. The pressure in the hand held was trickling and when we called the company they sent us the part. When we took the column down to change it, it required that we take apart the whole guts of the shower. Im not a plumber and I dont know why they expected me to do something so complicated with very little instructions. Now the column leaks and the water wont shut off so we have been without a shower for a week. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Simple sink countertop

Went to store to look at vanity countertops/sink only. Employee said he had one in stock. checked, said another employee screwed up and they didnt have one. He was the only one in store, told him had to go, got his card to call in order later. Never answered phone- 6 calls. message said to order online. Did that. paid thru paypal, showed up on my credit card immediately. Said would be in next week. Orders come in Thursdays. No word, no call or email by the following Friday. Called store, they said it was not paid for so they didnt release it. Called customer service, they said not paid but was shipped. After investigating, they said it WAS paid and the store had it. Store said they had others but not mine. Now I lost a week and have to wait til next week. Next week comes, no email, call or no countertop. Called store & customer service. Asked them to give me someone elses since I had to wait 2 weeks now on their mistake. Customer service said they had trouble and none of those sinktops went out. But Store said they had a few orders but not mine again. I was getting the run around and each kept blaming the other!! Why is this my problem? work it out and give me my paid order! I shouldn't have to listen to excuses after excuse, short staffed, Warehouse screws up all the time, store always fixing their mistakes, Its there, its not there, the list goes on! So I will wait for another week....... The same nite, I get email saying its in, ready to pick up! Called store. Nope not there, someone elses is there but not mine! But thought nobodys were shipped? Ok give me that one. Nope, cant break up the order! Store said Warehouse sent email in error, customer Serv. said the store sent out the wrong email! WOW get your stories straight! Now customer service called and I can go pick up my order. There was an error with the wrong name of the sink they had! Oh my, what a runaround. So much frustration and time wasted. Customer service said they would also give me 10% off but how when its paid? I said not good enough, so they suddenly found my sink. hmmm...(sorry for the long rant, I even left some of the story out if you can imagine! )

Very responsive company

I purchased a bathroom vanity online from Bath Depot and paid for it with my credit card. Due to condo rules, I had to get a smaller size. I phoned Bath Depot and indicated I had to cancel the order. They cancelled it immediately over the phone and said it would be 15 business days to receive the refund. True to their word, the money was refunded to my credit card in that time frame. It was very easy to work with them and they did what they said they would do. A note for others, they do not provide a cancellation number. I just noted the name of the customer service rep I was dealing with and date and time of the conversation.

Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service. I was told that my home delivery order had left the Montreal warehouse on February 8. Two calls placed by me February 10 and 13 confirmed this. Both times the employee said they would check with head office to confirm and let me know. No return phone calls received. On February 15 I placed another call and was told it hadnt left the warehouse yet but it should be soon..
Also, I ordered a bathtub and full price in early December. In January I noticed it was on sale for $400 less. I called the manager asking for a refund of $400 but because it had left the warehouse (though not yet delivered) she couldnt help me. She also promised to look into this and call me backcrickets. Terrible service I do not recommend.
