The shingles on the back half of my roof were torn off in a freak wind gust in March. Justin and his assistant arrived within an hour of me calling and temporarily laid waterproof material down to protect the roof while I called my insurance. Unfortunately the insurance company was unresponsive for weeks, while Justin held off charging anything. He came back a second time to retack the membrane. When I finally heard back that the insurance wouldn't cover it, Justin was extremely helpful in arranging to fix the roof. They finished the job in less than 4 hours and left everything neat and tidy.
