I was looking for stair runners for my circular stairs. I had some difficulty getting in contact with Rizwan since the address on Google was wrong, and when I called a couple of times it went to voicemail. Since I had time I drove up but couldn't find the place!
However, Rizwan was genuinely apologetic and arranged an in-home quote. He was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.
The installer came on time. He was an older semi-retired gentleman with many years of experience who clearly knew what he was doing. We are very happy with the final result.
