Project Management - 2 steps back, 0 steps forward
Wanted 20x20 garage basic detached no heat or water just electricity. Budget 25 - 30K
Presentation was impressive gave them $5000 deposit
Took 7 weeks to get plans others had in 48 hours with price. Things went downhill fast after they had deposit misrepresentation of process was evident. They said they could get best prices from trades people due to their ongoing projects not true they quoted double rate for excavator I had to tell them who to call. Bottom line they could not get or coordinate workers quoted me double my price. Refusing to give portion of deposit back, refusing to give list of quotes they say they have worked on, not returning emails. I spent 7K and only have a partially paid permit. If I went with local choice would have my garage now!
