From the very start Joanne was a complete pleasure to deal with. She was quick to reply via email, well organized and polite. She delivered my boxes with extreme care, so as not to scratch our floors, even though we told her we were about to start renovations and they were being ripped out. We needed to extwend the use of our boxes and it was simple and easy, once again with clear explanation and so happy to help us. Joanne was so appreciative of us using their company, but we are the ones who had a great experience. The boxes were large, sturdy and clean and picked up on time.
